REFUND POLICY Effective Date: February 8, 2026 Company: Dinny Carmen Website: www.dinnycarmen.com 1. NO REFUND POLICY All purchases of services, readings, workshops, events, and any other offerings provided by Dinny Carmen are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, psychic readings, mediumship sessions/messages, tarot readings (live or email), and workshops/events. Once a service is booked or delivered, no refunds are issued. By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. 2. SERVICES COVERED This No Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Dinny Carmen, including but not limited to: Live psychic and channeled readings Mediumship messages and sessions Full email tarot readings Mini live readings Mini email tarot readings In-person tarot workshops Psychic events and group sessions Any other spiritual guidance services or products 3. NATURE OF SPIRITUAL SERVICES Due to the personal, spiritual, and experiential nature of psychic services, mediumship, tarot readings, and spiritual guidance, all sales are considered final upon completion of payment. Time, energy, and spiritual preparation are invested immediately upon booking to ensure the highest quality service delivery. 4. NO EXCEPTIONS Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind after purchase Dissatisfaction with reading content or spiritual guidance provided Inability to attend scheduled sessions (rescheduling may be available subject to our scheduling policy) Technical difficulties on the client's end Disbelief in or disagreement with information received during readings Any other reason not explicitly stated herein 5. RESCHEDULING While refunds are not available, rescheduling of live sessions may be permitted at the sole discretion of Dinny Carmen, subject to availability and advance notice requirements. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. 6. CANCELLATIONS BY DINNY CARMEN In the rare event that Dinny Carmen must cancel or is unable to fulfill a scheduled service, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that specific service. 7.
